FAQ
Is this free?
We hope that it can be someday but for now it is not. Teachers will pay for a yearly subscription to hold an active license. Subscriptions can be paid monthly or yearly via credit card. A teacher may cancel at any time however, subscriptions are yearly and the full balance must be paid upon cancellation.
The license will remain active until the expiration of the subscription upon which time the license will be terminated and all data will be destroyed unless the subscription is renewed.
How many subjects can I have?
A teacher sets up a classroom that has one grade level and one subject. A teacher can have multiple classrooms for their license. The teacher has access to all the resources for that grade level and subject through that classroom. For example: an elementary teacher that teaches all core subjects would have access to all the resources for all the subjects for that one grade level.
How many grade levels can I have?
A license is restricted to either one grade level with multiple subjects or one subject for multiple grade levels (as may be the case in a High School courses). Exceptions may be provided based on specific needs of individual teachers. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Can teachers share a license for a grade level?
No. Teachers setup individual classrooms and all data is obfuscated to meet COPA, FERPA, HIPPA and PII compliance. Each teacher has a unique key that allows ONLY that teacher to decrypt the data.
We do monitor usage activity and should we determine licenses are being shared, per our terms of service, we will suspend or terminate a license indefinitely and end the subscription immediately without refund.
